Facility

We own and operate a 4700 square foot data center in the beautiful city of Arab, Alabama. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest technology to ensure optimal uptime and efficient monitoring. We are a proud participant in the TVA Green Power Switch program, and are contstantly upgrading our infrastructure to become more energy efficient.

Servers

Every server in our data center is maintained by experienced personnel and is upgraded on a regular basis. Every server is equipped with an auxillary hard drive for daily server backups. All shared and reseller accounts are hosted on servers with the following characteristics:

• 4 GB DDR2 RAM
• 2x500 GB SATA 3.0Gb/s HDD (Primary/Backup)
• 2x1000 Mbs LAN Connectivity

Data Connection

Our servers are connected to major data pipelines via redundant data connections from Otelco Internet Services. Our LAN networks consist of redundant Cisco routers and switches to ensure maximum efficiency. Every server is connected to our network via dual 1000Mbps (1Gbps) ethernet ports.
